Summer Hours:
College Drive Café including Grill, Chef’s Table, Pizza Pizza, Sprit Bear Coffee, Stir Fry Station, and snacks will be available April 15th to April 19th operating from 8:00am to 3:00 pm. After April 19th the Main Café will close, however, will be available for catering requirements upon request.
Twiggs will remain open daily throughout the entire spring and summer months operating Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm and Friday’s 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Spirit Bear Coffee
The Spirit Bear is the symbolic gift of peace and harmony to all creatures of the earth. This story is also known as the legend of Moksgm’ol – it’s what inspired the Spirit Bear Coffee Company Inc. to come to life. Born in March 2006 with Indigenous roots, Spirit Bear offers Fairtrade Certified and Certified Organic quality coffee. Their blends, named after the animals of the northwest, range from light to dark roast and all impress with quality.

Scratch-made crafted soups created right on-site! Warm the soul with a delicious variety of hearty soups, chilis and chowders. Two soups are featured daily, with one always being vegetarian, vegan or plant-based. Classics like Chicken Noodle and Vegetable Soup are joined by delicious favourites like Cream of Mushroom and Creamy Tomato Basil Bisque and more!
Global Adventures
Global Adventures features a wide range of rotating concepts with food from around the world. Every dish is built your way. Featuring Pho Nam, Bowlful, Peking Plate and Sizzling Salads.
Chef’s Table
The Chef’s Table features comfort foods and familiar ingredients with a mix of innovation and upscale choices at an entrée station. This station features a variety of options- all scratch-made including one vegetarian/vegan option offered daily. Options include Butter Chicken, Homestyle Vegetarian Lasagna, Gyro Bar and many more.
Lakeside Grill
The Lakeside Grill consists of four static menu options, and a daily feature will be offered that focuses on the latest trends. Serving everything from trendy Smash Burgers to Pulled Pork Sandwiches to Quesadillas. The full array of sides includes poutine, traditional fries, and onion rings.

Now, bread – or more specifically, a variety of sliced bread, baguettes, or flatbread – meet the hot press to create toasted sandwiches with a gourmet flair. The daily featured value sandwich is premade to provide guests with fast speed of service and features everything from Grilled Cheese to Caprese Chicken Mozzarella.
