Our new Spring intake of the Environmental Management Program attracted 10 international students from India and Bhutan. A component of the this program is Field Camp which entails one week of experiential learning at the Canadian Ecology Centre, located in Samuel De Champlain Provincial Park near Mattawa, Ontario. Activities included forest studies and stream/lake studies, guest lecturers, wolf howling, etc.
A highlight was sharing cultural songs around the campfire, where the smoke gave some relief from the voracious mosquitoes
