Top of the Class is a FREE summer transition program for first year Canadore students who have a disability.
Students who participate in this program will:
- Learn to navigate their academic accommodations
- Learn strategies to manage their life in and out of the classroom
- Be connected with a community of peers and support staff
- Be oriented to the Canadore campus and North Bay community
This program will be offered in-person. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required as space is limited.
What is Accessible Learning Services?
Accessible Learning Services provides academic accommodations for students with permanent or temporary disabilities to reduce and/or remove educational–related barriers. Accommodations and services are based on documentation of the functional limitations associated with a student’s disability

- Did you have an Individualized Education Plan in High School?
- Are you transferring from another Post-Secondary Institution and had an Accommodation Support Plan or Letter of Accommodation ?
